while reading health blogs for recovering from burnout, i noticed a trend in that all of them are very difficult to engage with. boring interfaces and most of them are a tag on to mental health tools that are professional and sterile. so i made one with a vastly different visual language, no stock photos, soft gradient backgrounds and lowercase 75% opacity text. easy on the eyes, easy on the mind.
removing the top nav bar reduced the user experiance to be more engaging in the text and follow the task that they had engaged in previously and was more relaxed while reading. moving the position of the text makes each section feel like an easy goal to read through, and using different hierachys of text with subtitles creates empasis and pause
